BOOKING CONDITIONS

A deposit is required when booking to secure a room
Balance of payment to be paid by cash or cheque supported by a current cheque guarantee card
No credit card facility for telephone bookings. sorry for any inconvenience caused but credit cards are excepted for on-line bookings
Please make cheque payable to J.M. Phillips
Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of arrival
No reductions given for early departures
Provisional bookings are held for 7 days
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival up to 10 a.m. on the day of departure
Please note that we do not take dogs (guide dogs welcome)
All valuables left in room and car at owners' risk

We have a non-smoking policy throughout the house for the comfort of all our guests.
